The Bulb 4.0 is a solid product delivered quickly. I have used it daily for over two weeks now and can list the following benefits: balanced sleep, ease of discomfort in my wrist, and smoother skin on my face. Amazingly, I feel it may help with my hair growth!
The only improvement I would suggest is the creation of a stand, as the bulb is quite heavy and to hold it behind you head for 15 minutes requires some creativity and adjusting of angles.
Mito Light should consider designing a helmet. Those exist in other brands but given the quality of your product, I would be keen to trust your version, should it become available.

Regarding your feedback about the need for support when using Bulb, the use of pillows for stability is a really innovative idea! However, we understand it's not the ideal solution. Your comfort and ease of use are important to us. As you've pointed out, while the Bulb does not require a dedicated stand and can be held freely, we understand that for longer sessions, holding it might become uncomfortable.
We have an excellent alternative, utilizing a lamp or chandelier with an E27 thread. This is a practical and versatile solution that many of our customers find helpful. For a seamless fit, ensure that the lamp or chandelier supports an input voltage of AC 100-240V and has a minimum power wattage capability of 18W. This will ensure that the Bulb operates safely and effectively.
Additionally, it's also important to consider the size of the lampshade. The Bulb has a diameter of 12.1 cm.

The light cam and was very impressed with the build quality however after the first session the light was not working, I contacted mito and was emailed back with instructions and I’m pleased to the problem was identified/ fault in the cable. Which is being replaced..

Poor value for money. At the price point of the product I’d expect it to be fully and easily adjustable to sit horizontally or vertically using a simple lever to adjust the position. Instead the stand is very much fixed in one position and requires a lot of work to adjust between horizontal and vertical which would be fine but not the price they are asking. It’s a lot of money for some poor design.

It is true that to change position, two threads must be unscrewed by hand, the panel rotated 90 degrees on the axis, and then the two threads screwed back in by hand. Your comments are very important to us as we are always trying to improve our designs based on feedback. Regarding your query about a stand for the lamp, while the Bulb 4.0 is primarily designed for versatility and ease of use in standard E27 sockets, we understand how a dedicated stand could enhance usability and convenience. Currently, we don't offer a specialized stand for Bulb 4.0, but it’s a wonderful suggestion, and we'll certainly pass it along to our product development team for future consideration.
In the meantime, many of our customers have had success using the bulb in a variety of desk lamps or freestanding fixtures with an E27 socket. Just ensure that the power wattage of the lamp is minimal at 18 W.

Very happy so far. Excellent customer service and nice product.
What I have noticed as a result of using the light for 15 mins daily is that my sleep is much better and my energy levels are way up ! I have not done anything else so I am attributing it to the red light.
