I highly recommend the glasses, one of the few on the market that look good while really blocking blue light.

Delivery fast, carefully packed goods. With a cheerful thank you note :-) The glasses are light, they fit beautifully. After wearing them for a short time, I can say that after a while I start to yawn :-) And I put them on at least 1,5 hours before bedtime.
